During working hours, orders are usually processed within 2-3 hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.
Gemini Innovations Pty Ltd typically ships out orders within one business day after they have been placed (this excludes weekends & public holidays). We try our best to DISPATCH all orders the same day if they are paid for before 10am (weekdays). However, please note that this is a BEST EFFORT service.
All equipment may be transacted through our online store, our store allows for payment via Payfast’s (www.payfast.co.za) instant EFT. Customers also have the option of making a direct EFT into our bank account, If you choose to make use of this option please send proof of payment to orders@geminiinnovations.co.za with the order/draft number as reference.
Customers that make use of other banking institutions other than our bank and choose not to use Payfast’s Instant EFT or do not select an immediate payment clearance option with their bank might have to wait 2-3 days before funds reflect in our account.
All items ordered will be delivered within 2-5 working days of full payment reflecting in our account. On occasion, due to issues outside of our control, deliveries may take longer. We will make every effort to deliver your order on time and to keep you updated throughout the process. We make use of The Courier Guy, MDS Aramex, Clickway Couriers, UPS, Fedex for the bulk of our deliveries, if you choose to make use of your own courier please inform us via orders@geminiinnovations.co.za

We use a COURIER SERVICE, we do NOT use the post office.
This is overnight (next BUSINESS day service) to major centres, but can take a few days to outlying areas.
Please note – large items (over 2kg) might take an extra 1-2 days shipping time. Additionally, larger/heavier items might incur a higher delivery fee – we will inform you after your order placed if there is any additional courier fees. This also applies to a volumetric weight of more than 2kg
You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
Gemini Innovations Pty Ltd charges shipping and handling fees for every shipment, unless a special promotion or contract term provides otherwise; such cost includes the freight charged by the carrier, packaging, and handling.
Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier company.

Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance. No item will be shipped out until Proof of Payment has been emailed to payments@geewiz.co.za or faxed to 0865-290-890

We ship worldwide at competitive rates. We use UPS, Fedex, Aramex for reliable shipping. Clients are welcome to send a shipping label with your preferred courier company. All customs duties and charges are for the client’s account. While we strive to serve as many countries as possible there are limitations. We ship to the following countries: USA, UK, EU countries, Mexico, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, UAE, Dubai, Japan, Southern African countries, Brazil and Chile.
